Elwin Mok Founder and Managing Creative Director

Elwin Mok graduated from the Visual Communication Design Department of Bandung Institute of Technology and found his passion and destiny in the advertising industry.
Started his journey in the industry by joining Cabe Rawit in 1997, and then leaving the company in 2000 as senior art director and business unit head. Some of his works from this period include the brand identity of Byru and Ensiklopedia Bangsaku Campaign for HM Sampoerna.
In 2000, Elwin Mok left Cabe Rawit to seek more exposure by building a new multimedia & interactive agency named Virtuaego. At that time, He also became a lecture on web design and multimedia at the Visual Communication Design Department of Bina Nusantara University.
Another promising opportunity arose when he was offered to lead Jakarta’s Ogilvy One creative team in 2002. At Ogilvy One, various opportunities allowed him to enrich his expertise in areas of direct marketing communications, CRM and measured-result marketing communications. Some of his clients at Ogilvy One were Bank Danamon, Amild.com and Sahabat Nestle.
After various years of learning and exploration, in 2003 Elwin Mok re-joined Cabe Rawit as a Creative Director, then later in XCR, a sister company of Cabe Rawit overseeing the direct response advertising, activation and interactive units. At XCR, he produced several award winning viral marketing campaigns and led the XCR’s team to become one of local agency with several international acknowledgements. Some of his clients were Erha Clinic, Erhalogy, Bank Mega, Pakubuwono Residences, Clear Nation Metamorphoself, and Fren - Mobile8.
Having insatiable thirst for entrepreneurship, Elwin Mok with 2 of his colleagues, Richard and Yenny founded Celsius Creative Communications in late 2006.
Honors and Awards: 1 Bronze at MAA Globes Awards; 2 Order of Merit, 2 Bronze, 1 Silver and 2 Best by Country at PMAA (Promotion Marketing Awards of Asia); 1 finalist at New York Festival; 2 Silver, 2 Bronze and 3 finalist at Citra Pariwara; 4 Bronze and 3 finalist at ADOI Advertising Awards; 1 Bronze and 8 finalist at Pinasthika Awards and 1 Bronze at Jawa Pos Ad Festival; 6 Gold, 3 Silver, 2 Bronze at The Most Impactful Brand Activation 2009 - Mix Marketing Xtra Magazine. Since 2006 – 2008, Elwin Mok was member of MAA and PMAA International Judges Panel. In 2009, Elwin was honored to become Zonal Director for Indonesia of PMAA.
Richard Andrew Gumogar Founder and Activation Director

Richard is the former Business Manager of XCR Marketing Communications. Despite the title, Richard looks and thinks more like a creative department person. This anomaly has proved to be very effective for him, since it turned out to be a driving force for him to do the business, with heart.
Graduated from Management Department of Atma Jaya University, Richard joined Katuju as an account executive and handled several clients, including a multinational bank and jewelry brand.
In 2000, he joined below the line unit of Cabe Rawit, and found his passion in advertising industry and marketing event activities. At this period, Richard proved his expertise in handling several multinational clients and national scale marketing event activities, including Sony Ericsson, Pakubuwono Residences, HSBC, Loreal and Citra Pariwara.
After three years, Richard then moved to DDB Brainstorm to handle several below the line clients. Then in 2004, Richard joined XCR as Business Manager and since then handled brand activations for several major brands in the country, including Clear Metamorphoself, Sunsilk Girls Day, Lux Movie Premiere and Rexona.
His ‘creative‘ thinking does huge contribution for the team in developing the creative output. Several creative awards (Citra Pariwara and ADOI Advertising Awards) and International promotion awards (MAA Globes and PMAA) have proven that the passion for creative idea is one of his businesses.
In late 2006, along with 2 of his colleagues, Richard founded the Celsius Creative Communications.
Yenny Siswanto Founder and Account Director

Yenny Siswanto is the former creative head of XCR Marketing Communications. Impulsive and absolutely passionate on the new idea maybe is the best way to define this former National Female Basketball player. Early 1996, after graduated from Visual Communications Design of ITB, Yenny joined Cabe Rawit as an art director. During this period, she has won several metals in Citra Pariwara. Some of here works from this period include Galeri Keris, Polaroid, HM Sampoerna, XL.
On the verge of economic crisis, Yenny moved to Singapore and work on the client side as business representative of an IT company. Not too long after that, she came back to Jakarta and worked as product promotion representative and handled national distribution for top IT brands through the country. These experiences turned out to be priceless as it broadens her perspective and enriched her business senses.
Some people find creative advertising thinking is addictive, and Yenny was one of them. After leaving the industry for several years, Yenny then rejoined the industry by became a senior art director at XCR in 2004. Then she joined McCann Ericsson Indonesia and get huge experiences in handling local and multinational brands, such as Vaseline, Nescafe, Sunsilk Beauty Camp, Nestle Excella Gold, Ultra Jaya, Pfizer, and Klinik Diabetes Nusantara.
In 2006, Yenny rejoined XCR as Creative Head. And in late 2006, she founded with Elwin and Richard the Celsius Creative Communications. |
